International students contribute greatly to the Canadian economy.

They are a good revenue source for the universities and fill the critical labor need in the job market

In 2018, International students contributed $21.6 billion to Canada's GDP and supported about 170,000 jobs.

The education sector has been badly hit by the pandemic.

Canadian universities are feeling the heat.

Asides the education sector, the housing and health/health insurance sector will also be really affected.

January 2021 term will likely be remote learning in many universities too. We all cannot wait for this phase to be over.
