What you manifest in your life is the sum of what you tell yourself

Your mind can’t tell the difference between what thoughts are real and you BELIEVE is real

You can either use them to your advantage

Or crumble under their crushing weight

Your brain has two modes:

1) A conscious experience (what you experience)
2) A subconscious program (how you respond to your experiences)

Each of these play a role in how you live your day to day

Research shown that your conscious experience uses 10% of brain function

What you see, smell, taste, feel and hear

That leaves 90% being automatically controlled by your subconscious

Your perceptions and emotions to those senses

Once you learn to tap into your subconscious, you begin to enhance the conscious experience

One of my favorite ways to do this is subliminal tracks

A technique that uses music to put you into a meditative state & affirmations that code your subconscious program

All it takes a few minutes a day (preferably in the morning or before bed)

You need to choose words or mantras that you want your conscious mind to experience

Anything that you want for yourself or that speaks to you
