How corrupt is the #MontereyCounty Judicial Branch of the Superior Court? Easily as corrupt as Carrie Panetta’s former @AlamedaSuperior.
In Monterey County John Phillips has been an integral component of the rigging of our local courts.

Plasha Will received $5,000 for this rigging of a judgeship.

Look here. Judge Kat Kingsley is such a believer in John Phillips choice for her replacement that she gave $1,000 to Heidi Whilden.
It wasn’t hard to get corrupt Sue Matcham (another judge fixer) to get in their and contribute.
Highly inappropriate.

Judge Sue Matcham rigged a number of cases for the good old boys including a restraining order taken out against Dave Drew for threatening the life of a private investigator in 2014.
Matcham killed the case.

County Supervisor @JaneParkerMC , co-opted by John Phillips gave money to Heidi Whilden’s crooked campaign.
As did the wife of Superior Court Judge Tim Roberts.

It goes on and on and on, but this is illustrative and not conclusive.
The local bench in Monterey County is so corrupt that Civil Rights violations occur regularly and John Phillips helps make that happen.
But @TheJusticeDept is aware and working on this issue.

PS Plasha Will’s boy Daniel McCormick worked on Whilden’s campaign.
McCormick is the consultant who claimed he was not paid by Phillips’ campaign to help rig up payments and workers on the “Corrupt Sheriff Miller PAC” also in 2014.
They all break the law with impunity.
