#Breaking Global News has learned a major police operation is underway in Quebec this morning involving RCMP, Canadian Special Operations Command’s - CJIRU - experts who deal with chem, bio, radiological, and Public Health. This is the ricin letters (White House) investigation.
I believe this is the first time there has been public reporting of CJIRU - a special forces chem, bio, radiological counter terrorism unit - being active in Canada. That's not to say they have not been before, just first public reporting.

A little more information we can add: intelligence and law enforcement have been aware of second letter allegedly sent from Canada with ricin. Police in Quebec were on standby all weekend to raid the location they went into today.
The woman in question has been under intel surveillance and is known to authorities.
