ST. PAUL: A group of about 50-60 people are outside the St. Paul Police Department downtown "using force" to push down a perimeter fence, officers report. #StPaul

A "tac alert" was issued to officers for them to respond to HQ.

Calling all available squads to headquarters now.

Shutting down traffic on Lafayette now.

Arrest teams are being formed at the staging area.

Officers report there are protesters with leaf blowers, umbrellas, and strobe lights.

Officers have aired four separate orders to disperse to the crowd.

Officers watching the crowd from the inside of the gates. It was initially reported to be a crowd of about 50 formed there.

The protesters were initially reported to have been "using force" to try and take down a fence, but now appear to be using megaphones, not actively taking the fence down.
