If you're going to ask - or even *demand* people do something - you need to remove barriers. There clearly seems to be some structural barriers in the UK.

Learning from papers like this is important for Sweden. Stockholm, for example is considering implementing "family quarantine" - if one person in a family tests positives, adult family members must also stay home.

The "barrier"? It's only adults, kids still have to go to school. But how des it work if a parent normally drives them and/or picks them up?
The UK paper indicates parents without other support are likely to just ignore the quarantine.
The good news is that Region Stockholm is thinking about these issues. The bad news? Stockholm needs new improved NPI, and fast.
And yes, the wisdom of sending the kids to school in the first place is another matter.
