I asked @JoeBiden what he would do if he wins and President Trump refuses to leave.
He told me: "Every vote in this country’s going to be heard, & they’ll not be stopped. And I’m confident...we’ll have an election in this country as we always have had, and he’ll leave."
In light of claims of Russian interference, I asked @JoeBiden what his message to Vladimir Putin was:
"If I’m elected, I’m coming, because here’s the deal. It’s a violation of our sovereignty...I promise you there will be consequences."
When asked about Trump's economic policy, @JoeBiden told me: "He takes responsibility for nothing...He should be extending & enhancing unemployment insurance so families can meet their needs. He should be providing real rental & mortgage relief for people."
I asked @JoeBiden about how he combats Trump's lie that he pushes a socialist agenda to voters.
"I think they know who I am...Trump is clearing protests in front of the White House that are peaceful with the military. This guy’s more Castro than Churchill. "
Speaker Pelosi said Biden shouldn't debate Trump because he has no fidelity to truth.
"The people know the president’s a liar..I’m prepared to go out & make my case as to why I think he’s failed & why I think the answers I have to proceed will help the American people" -@JoeBiden
.@JoeBiden: "I’m running as a Democrat, but I’m not going to be the Democrat president...I’m going to be a president for those who vote against me as well as those who vote for me. I’m not going to fan the flames. I’m not going to seek to go out there and make things worse."
