The hacker who hacked Kucoin apparently is a Defi noob, tried to sell on Binance and didn’t swap the tainted USDT on Curve 🤷🏻♀️
All Defi infra are natural mixers with ultra low slippage
The best route for USDT is
1. Swap $USDT to $DAI on @CurveFinance
2. Swap half $DAI to $ETH on @UniswapProtocol
3. Add ETH/DAI liquidity on Uniswap to mine $UNI till infinity
Not the mixer mixer but you get my point
If really want to mix, @TornadoCash is there to help (worse liquidity tho)
Hackers with normal IQ will soon figure out, this is not some alpha leak and Defi infra is designed to serve all purposes ... if a hacker can hack a cex, no point he/she has no idea how to successfully liquidate via dex
this is another side of the coin of “not your key not your coin”
If private asset can be fully secured by math and seizure resistant, you need to be totally self responsible first before gaining self sovereignty anyway
Same for Defi infras which are all moral neutral tools
All privacy is created equal
Your legit txn is technically less informational valuable than a hacked txn
The point of having onchain privacy is to reduce informational entropy for a macro stability
Few understand 🤷🏻♀️
