Observant Jews prostrate on Yom Kippur. As it’s a no recoding equipment day, very few photos exist. Here is one.
The best description of those worshipping Jews is in the Quran: تَرَىٰهُمْ رُكَّعًا سُجَّدًا يَبْتَغُونَ فَضْلًا مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرِضْوَٰنًا Thou wilt see them bow and prostrate themselves seeking Grace from God & acceptance
The Quran goes on to connect this with the Torah and the New Testament: “On their faces are their marks, (being) the traces of their prostration. This is their similitude in the Torah; and their similitude in the Gospel”

Incidentally, the best way to understand the Quran is to explain things Kabbalistically. My view is that you can’t really understand Islam without studying Kabbalah - but thats for another day!
