“...The records show that he depends more and more on making money from businesses that put him in potential and often direct conflict of interest with his job as president.”

This sentence seems as dramatic as an episode of The Apprentice

There’s the crux.

The President paid more $$ in taxes to other countries than he did in the USA:
$15,598 he or his companies paid in Panama
$145,400 in India
$156,824 in the Philippines
$750 in the U.S.

I’m halfway through this and it’s very important info, but I’m sure that anyone from back home will have given up trying to make sense of it by this point, and that makes me sad. Half of journalism isn’t just breaking big news, it’s knowing how to write it for the avg reader. 😔
