Smoky skies are once again back in the Bay Area due to the fast-moving #GlassFire burning in the North Bay.
Smoke from two other fires, the #NorthComplexFire in Butte County and the #ZoggFire near Redding, could contribute to the problem.

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District has a Spare the Air Alert in effect on Monday, and wood burning is banned.
The @NWS forecast said, "Strong winds aloft are keeping the smoke elevated but as winds weaken later this morning and afternoon, smoke will begin to settle."

Pets are also vulnerable to the effects of wildfire smoke.
It’s best to keep pets inside and the windows closed as much as possible while air quality is bad, as well as keep an eye on older pets with heart or lung problems.
