This should be a major scandal for the Trump campaign in Wisconsin.
Targeting historically disenfranchised Black voters in an effort to exclude them from the democratic process is completely unacceptable.
Reporters traveled to Ward 116 in Milwaukee, which is 80% Black, for this story. That's in the city's Borchert Field/Arlington Heights neighborhood. 44% (!) of voters were marked for "deterrence" there.
