9/ There's no sign of suffering repression oppression. No Chinese would take this as a sign of persecution. This is not a concentration camp. Nazis didn't provide military training to empower the Jews. Only Aryan soldiers were seen to strut up and down.

14/ the young from running away. French government has similar schemes called "Contrat Emplois Aidés", subsidized work contracts to facilitate job entry of the young who are usually paid the minimum wage. Such wage is the wage of apprenticeship, not slave wage.
15/ Chinese Government has launched Tibetan youth on the path of employment. How they fare later is up to each's efforts and aptitude. Government not only has provided vocational training but has added disciplinary training to the package to allow them to be more adaptable and
16/competitive. Maligning Chinese government's efforts as militarized concentration camp of slave labor is propaganda to manufacture consent for US aggression against China.
Meanwhile black Muslim youth in the West aren't trained/disciplined, left to rot in mass unemployment...
