ASSOCIATION OF hEDS & RHEUMATOLOGICAL DISORDERS; AN OPINION (1/7/2020):

Either there is genetic linkage between these disparate Syndromes or there is not. I searched for physiologic relationship, but I find no ready theories of associations between these diseases & tissue disorders.

The environmental dynamics that explain these relationships (associations) are sedentary lifestyles that beget weak bodies & chronic pain that forestalls ongoing pursuit of daily locomotor confrontations with the ambient gravitational field.

All of these conjoined factors leading to additional soft tissue weakness, spasm, & pain, aka Fibromyalgia.

OH MY!
Now, part of a why,
Hypermobility lies,
Kind’a thing rheumatological,
Could it be tautological?

Many disease do cry,
For skilled-doctor eyes,
Or will it simply be,
A mirage that we see.

Environ relationships seemingly, Creating pathways most gaily,
Best explanation at hand,
Glorious signs mostly grand.

Data shows associations ‘n order,
With Rheumatologic disorders,
Long consider auto-immune,
Seeming mysteries subsumed.

Except these Syndromes,
Have disparate genomes,
One Syndrome terrain for another? Absent same physiological mothers?

Reclusive lifestyles involved,
In patients most evolved,
Avoidance of sun ‘n outdoor fun,
Seeming part of the sum.

Chronic pain is much noted,
Amongst those most promoted.
So think complex truths,
To show motive roots.

Hold patients aloof,
Then set up strange proofs,
In patients most posited,
Choose null type hypotheses.

What etiologic pathways be like,
Via formed dynamic insight,
See my library of thread reader unrolls, To tell of them here ‘tis beginning to toll.

CONCLUSION: Study of association of hEDS & Rheumatologic disorders makes precious little clinical scientific sense.
