Kenney knows his policies will create hardship, suffering and even deaths. He’s not incompetent or stupid. He’s an extremist ideologue.
He does not believe or value public funds being spent on the public.

He’s attempting to drain the treasury while in office. Stealing. Embezzling. Transferring wealth he believes belongs to those who own the means of production.

Which is why he is also proposing full privatization of all social services.

Thus, the attack on doctors, nurses, teachers and all public servants. He believes he is merely returning I’ll gotten goods to the rightful owners. The wealthy and corporations.

Fascism is when corporations and the state work for mutual benefit. At the expense of the public and labour force.
