Some facts on #Hathras Case
September 14, 2020
Victim visited Hathras Police Station along with her brother.
Policemen Shiv Kumar took them for Medical Examination after that her complaint was registered.

Her testimony said that:
They were going towards farm when a man named Sandeep came alone and strangled her and tried to kill her.
A case of attempt to murder was immediately registered under Sec 307 and search for Sandeep started.
Note: A handwritten statement was given by Victim’s family herself, in which only one person Sandeep was charged with Murder.
Even the first video of Victim and her mother says the same thing.
September 19, 2020
CO Ram Sharad Yadav recorded the victim’s statement under 161, in which she spoke about molestation.
Immediately Sec 354 was added.
Her new statement said that:
Sandeep tried to molest her, on protesting he tried to kill her.
September 19, 2020
Congress leader Shyoraj Jeevan met Victim’s family.
September 20, 2020
Accused Sandeep was arrested.
September 22, 2020
The victim, in her new statement spoke of gang rape by 4 people.
Immediately police turned Sec 354 into Sec 376 D.
September 23, 2020
2nd accused was arrested.
September 24, 2020
3rd accused was arrested.
September 25, 2020
4th accused was arrested.
Immediate action was taken by police on her every statement and all 4 accused were arrested.
During this time her medical report was released, in which there were no serious injury marks anywhere on her body other than the scar on her neck.
Evidence of gang rape was also not found in this report.
Note: Her tongue was not cut and neither her spinal cord was broken.
September 29, 2020
The victim died at Delhi's Safdarjung hospital after which her post mortem was conducted.
Later in the night police brought her body to her village on request of victim’s family and after their consent police along with her father cremated her body.
Note: Mother’s request of taking her body at home was denied by police.
Police wanted to cremate her body at the night since there were protests planned by Bhim Army and other Dalit groups.
September 30, 2020
CM Yogi Aadityanath formed 3 member SIT to investigate the case and give report within a week and the trail to be run in fast track court.
October 1, 2020
The post mortem report was out, and it ruled out the theory of rape. It confirmed the neck injury and due to this the spinal cord was damaged.
October 2, 2020
SP and 4 other officers were suspended and government ordered narco test of all the officers and victim’s family.
Rahul & Priyanka Gandhi along with hundreds of congress supporters tried to enter Hathras without any permission.
October 3, 2020
Victim’s family denied for any CBI inquiry and narco test.
Rahul & Priyanka Gandhi asked for permission to visit Hathras and were allowed to visit Victim’s family.
CM Yogi Aadityanath ordered CBI investigation.
Forensic Department, AMU - No signs of rape.
Meanwhile, local media says that the main accused Sandeep was in his village along with his father and another accused was working at his workplace. And local villagers suggest that the case was an honour killing.
