4/4 Adding this in, this is Dominions unhappy opinion on the Sequoia purported Bankruptcy. They didn't think it was needed either, just like Sequoia. They were pushed into this. Dominion was a customer of Sequoia and provided them with plenty of funds.
Don't think I worded that very well since I ran out of space. That doc shows the Sale of Sequoia to Sequoia management . And later shows the bankruptcy. 2 different events. I had them listed with numbers originally.
