So I've read the "Kraken complaint"in GA.

A bunch of it is rehashing old stuff that's been thrown out in every other suit (Affidavits of people thinking something is suspicious, complaining about no signature match during recounts - which would have been impossible) etc.

Aside from that, there is a request to basically invalidate the election because they don't think GA's SoS and Governor should have the power to set any election rules since that power belongs to the state legislature. That's obviously not going anywhere.

Not only is it wrong, but the time to file a complaint about the rules that were set out long before the election would have been before the election.

Aside from that, they present a claim suggesting based on data analysis (not actual evidence) that tens of thousands of voters received ballots without requesting them. No evidence is provided any of these people actually voted.

There is another major claim based on 20,311 absentee or early voters having voted while showing in NCOA that they moved out of state or registered elsewhere (this claim will obviously need to be looked at).

Finally, the lawsuit acknowledges that for any suit to succeed given they are basically asking to reverse election results, needs to be clear the issue made a difference in the outcome. That leaves 2 main claims:

The suit basically exclusively cites this guy, Russ Ramsland, to claim that 96,600 mail-in ballots were fraudulently cast and 136,098 votes were switched by Dominion software.

Ramsland claims that 96,600 absentee ballots were returned and counted, but were never recorded by the county boards. That seems like something that should be pretty easy to verify. We don't have access to the exhibit, but no specific evidence is cited in the complaint to support

Now the issue is that if 136K votes were switched by Dominion software, we should have seen that gap in the hand recount. The plaintiffs don't really address that other than to cite a few people to claim a bunch of Trump votes were put in a Biden pile during the hand recount.

Btw there are a ton of false or questionable claims in the filing. One being passed around already is that all 900 military ballots in Fulton all went for Biden. There were 900 left to count on Nov 5th + provisionals. After that count, Biden's lead decreased 4100 -> 4020.
