There are many indications that inside actors played a part in the attack on the Capitol.

Not just rhetoric, but actions that put lives of Members of Congress and Senators at increased risk.

Thread collecting these reports.

1/ Val Demings - "there was some inside assistance"

2/ Ayanna Pressley's Chief of Staff - Staff noticed all of the panic buttons in Pressley's office were torn out BEFORE the attack while they were barricading the room.

3/ Boebert took a group for a guided tour of the Capitol on Jan 5. At least one person from that group has been charged for their participation in the attack on Jan 6.

4/ There is video of the terrorists discussing plans indicating they have maps and detailed schematics of the building.

5/ Right-wing personality Ali Alexander, who organized one of the "demonstrations" Wednesday, told followers that he and three GOP Reps: Paul Gosar, Andy Biggs, and Mo Brooks were planning something big.

6/ AOC confirmed on IG that there were inside actors, among Members of Congress and Capitol Police, who were working to jeopardize the safety of others.

7/ Clyburn says that attackers knew his location (without his name on it), and that inside actors helped armed people get around the metal detectors.

8/ A security briefing indicated that Members of Congress were in league with the insurrectionists.

9) Approval requirements for sending in the National Guard were increased, leading to some of the suspicious delays we saw in their activation.

10) Boebert was Tweeting Pelosi's movements during the siege, despite specific security instructions that this could endanger her life.

12) Although Boebert's "tour" from #3 is debunked, there are verified reports that tours of this nature did take place in the days leading up to Jan 6.

13) @SteveSchmidtSES wouldn't make this statement lightly. He's worked in DC for decades and helped plan many events that would've required security plans.

He clearly states that the videos from Jan 6 show a compromised contingent within Capitol Police.

14) Several Capitol Police officers have been suspended and many more under investigation for their actions on Jan 6.

15) A French law-enforcement official who trains with US forces went on record saying that there's only one logical explanation for the way events unfolded: someone interfered with the proper deployment of officers.

Jan 6, as the mob descended on the building, Justice Department leaders offered up FBI agents.

18) Formal request issued to investigate Members of Congress for their involvement.

Request specifically mentions Members of Congress offering tours of the Capitol in the days leading up to the attack.

19) Three separate Capitol Police officers pointed out that management didn’t even take “simple measures” ahead of the attack like building a temporary barrier around the Capitol ahead of time.

20) Rep Maloney confirmed that a Member of Congress was seen giving tours Jan 5. His comments suggest Boebert:
