1) PCR Claims are one of the most opaque campaigns to spring up during the pandemic. Their website, when it first appeared, had a long list of "spokespeople" but the list has now been cut down to just Jo Rogers, of Navistar Legal.

2) PCR Claims have previously been discussed by @NeilDotObrien who highlighted the web server links between Ycampaign, PCR Claims, Hart and Goldsafe.

3) Goldsafe Ltd. was a company incorporated by Delroy N. Bernard, aka. Narice Bernard. Narice appears in Jo Rogers' profile pic, with Jeffrey Peel & Clare Craig.

4) PCR Claims first came to my attention in December 2020, when associated group Ycampaign encouraged their followers to film inside hospitals, & if they were arrested they should contact PCR Claims.

6) PCR Claims "are not a law firm...[but] a campaign representing a global network of individual lawyers & scientists". However, there's no information on how the campaign is going, cases they're working on or scientists involved now.

7) Clare Craig & Michael Yeadon appear to be prominent "scientific voices" behind this campaign.

8) However, Clare Craig's analysis of the pandemic has been questionable, at best, & Michael Yeadon's self-exile from Twitter is open to interpretation.

9) Other "spokespeople" were shown on the PCR Claims website but were also removed. Several PCR Claims "spokespeople" wrote articles on the pandemic for The Conservative Woman.

10) The Conservative Woman is co-edited by Kathy Gyngell & Laura Perrins. Gyngell is also a trustee of the climate change sceptic, The Global Warming Policy Foundation.

11) Former PCR Claims "spokespeople" are now working with other campaigns. Townsend and Craig are "spokespeople" for the Hart group (I'll be writing a thread on this group soon).

12) Clare Craig & Kevin Mckernan are also on the Panda (Pandemics and Data Analysis) team, led by Nick Hudson. (Again, I'll be writing a thread at some point on this group).

20) PCR Claims tweeted this extremely dangerous message this morning. And, with not a hint of irony, stated "enough of this pseudo scientific nonsense!"

21) Following on from their dangerous message this morning, the "pro bono network of lawyers", PCR Claims, are now discussing the possibility of crowdfunding to pay for legal costs. The tags in their follow up tweet certainly highlights who they want to appeal to.

22) Yesterday, Jo Rogers spoke of a "full team meeting", but who is on this "team" now? On the same day, both Kevin Mckernan & Jeffrey Peel stated they were no longer working with PCR Claims but highlighted Narice Bernard's involvement.

23) Jo Rogers has alluded to PCR Claims' association with @CoronaAusschuss however, @HowardSteen4 , a Corona Ausschuss promoter, has warned people away from organisations such as PCR Claims as they look "very 'fishy'"

24) Former PCR Claims' "spokespeople", @Kevin_McKernan & @JeffreyPeel have also distanced themselves from the group.

25) PCR Claims, in their anti-mask in schools campaign, are now linking to another Jo Rogers affiliated group, Lawyers for Liberty (see my attached thread on this group).

26) PCR Claims appear to be questioning the actual cause of excess deaths in 2020, even though it would be unlawful for clinicians to falsify death certificates.

28) PCR Claims have argued against the notion that they'd claimed that "covid patients were a phantom". However, they do claim that there's a PCR pseudo-epidemic and question excess deaths.

39) Today, PCR Claims have posted a disingenuous tweet regarding an FOI asking for "total number of deaths for any reason within 28 days of having a covid vaccine" in Scotland. PCR Claims forget to add that the FOI also states... (see second photo).

40) On 14th March 2021, PCR Claims posted a tweet with the hashtag #LIBERALSPRING with a white flower emoji in support of Ed Davey's Lib Dems. 10 days later, James Melville also started tweeting with the same hashtag and emoji.

44) @liberalspring is yet another "grassroots campaign" that is supporting the Lib Dems. The account only follows one other, at them moment, which happens to be PCR Claims.

The website outlines the "10 Pledges" that they recommend Lib Dems should commit to.

49) As shown, Narice Bernard has been behind the Yeadon Camaign, PCR Claims, & now also Liberal Spring, but political campaigning isn't a new venture for Narice. In 2015, Narice campaigned for Starmer to become Labour leader.

55) PCR Claims admit that there's zero chance of legal action overturning testing, etc., & after receiving some pushback over their Liberal Spring movement, they state that "its a stepping stone not an end game. The priority is to disrupt the autumn madness."

68) PCR Claims/Narice was questioned today: "Who are you? Do you really speak for the PCR Claims organisation?"

Narice responds with a perfect example of a "word salad".

69) So, @liberalspring have gone from "a grassroots campaign... supporting the @LibDems" to a "pure grassroots campaign... building a liberal momentum", which "is not about supporting the Lib Dems... Why have so many still not worked that out?" Maybe because its confusing?

71) On 8th Jan 2021, in a now deleted Tweet, PCR Claims stated that "Covid19 deniers... are damaging the anti-lockdown effort." Now, though, PCR Claims say "the pretext for lockdowns, a plandemic..."

72) And, over at Narice Bernard's other account China Files, he announces he's had a "great call with our US legal partners yesterday."

73) China Files, on 10th April 2021, announced that @MichaelPSenger is on their team, backed up by a tweet today that states "oh yes! MS is on our team". China Files have also put out a request for a presenter/journalist for their "upcoming YouTube channel"

74) In reference to Tweet 72 of this thread, @naricenarice @china_files appear to be in contact with a rather interesting personal injury law firm, Berman Law Group.

78) So, @liberty_places can definitely be added to the ongoing list of "campaigns" run by Narice Bernard. Yet, its still to be confirmed if Mike Yeadon has actually endorsed this project.

79) Liberty Places intends to be "a like minded community. Born from skeptical adversity", an idyll for anti-maskers, anti-lockdowners, anti-vaxxers, and anyone who wishes to invest in Narice's "turnkey solution".

81) PCR Claims continue their lack of empathy for those lost to covid: "For sure its overestimated and almost certain this group of people would have died in 2020 anyway of something else."

82) As other covid misinformation groups also push climate change denial, surprisingly, PCR Claims actually discussed "biodiversity loss, species extinction", etc. Not to everyone's taste though...

83) PCR Claims retweeted a post by @AlexBerenson, that @BadVaccineTakes shows here it was just complete nonsense.

84) Yesterday, PCR Claims were concerned that "fake PCR related accounts" were being created to "suppress searches", & when questioned what PCR Claims actually do, replied "we tell the truth & prolifically network."

85) Today, Narice is totally having a normal one at PCR Claims and "telling the truth".

86) . @LibDems @EdwardJDavey @LaylaMoran @ScrapTheMayorLD please be aware of @liberalspring which is linked to the PCR Claims disinformation campaign. @JamesMelville has also been promoting this Liberal Spring movement too.

87) PCR Claims have now jumped on the "ivermectin bandwagon", similar to @ClareCraigPath who also started promoting it recently. The account PCR Claims retweeted shares vaccine disinformation.

88) On 27th April 2021, PCR Claims mention they're looking for a QC for their "transatlantic David & Goliath action" in relation to Narice's other account China Files. They also hint at the help of a US legal firm (See tweets 72-75 of this thread for more info)

89) On 26th April 2021: "Dead people don't cough" and Narice completely misinterprets a recent Telegraph article.

90) On 28th April, Narice is pushing the Liberal Spring "movement" hard and admits he's "in jeans behind the scenes lobbying of leaders"

91) Meanwhile, over at PCR Claims Facebook page, one of the admins, @janetkitching, shares the conspiracy theory-laden The Daily Expose

92) Narice has also been busy advertising his Liberty Places scheme.

94) In a now deleted Tweet, Liberty Places mention a "great call with [architects] @jesticowhiles". I hope @jesticowhiles are aware of Narice's disinformation campaigns.
Barrister, & former X-Factor contestant, Martin Byrne, has also joined the Liberty Places scheme.

95) On 30th April, Narice QTs his China Files colleague, @MichaelPSenger, who appears to doubt what is happening in India as the virus spreads.

96) On 4h May, Narice claims that "heatstroke is now more dangerous than covid."

97) I think the question should actually be: how many times does Michael Yeadon have to wrong before Narice and the Smiley Face/Cherry Blossom Brigade stop idolising him?

98) On 3rd May, Narice states @LaylaMoran is a liability". And, on 14th May, hints at Mike Yeadon's involvement with Liberal Spring. I'm sure the @LibDems will be over the moon to hear this.

99) Last night Narice, the self-proclaimed "armchair activist", announced that as "founder" of the groups listed below, he would be taking questions. He deleted this tweet very quickly though. Proof that @hartgroup_org was founded by a prolific disinformation campaigner.

100) Today, Narice (the guy behind #LiberalSpring), has directed his followers to a thread which contains links to the far right Patriotic Alternative, and just completely disgusting comments. See below for his reason why he highlighted the thread.

101) The callousness of these tweets is unbelievable. Narice, have a word with yourself, eh? I can understand the "fight for freedoms", to a certain extent, but don't downplay the hospitalisations of children.

102) "Waaaaahhhh!! No one is listening to me! Listen to me, please!!! I have many accounts but none are getting much coverage, why?? I formed @hartgroup_org, they've had airtime on @talkRADIO as @JuliaHB1 loves pseudo-scientists but why can't I just catch a break, honestly?"

103) With Shemirani (& her British Nursing Alliance) and Naomi Wolf suspended from Twitter, Narice is certainly upping his game to fill the void.

104) Narice apparently admits to posting "sensationalist nonsense" & says he won't be sharing anymore from today. However, less than 20mins later he claims that his Liberal Spring "plan" can "not only save the UK but in fact the whole world from this deceitful agenda"

105) Predictably, considering the whole campaign was built upon "scientific" advice from Yeadon, Clare Craig & Anna Rayner, Narice is pulling the shutters down on PCR Claims to concentrate on Liberal Spring.
