Let us remember the 500,000 innocent Pakistani civilian men, women & children massacred by Indian Army & Indian Army trained Mukti Bahini terrorists in 110 cities of East Pakistan during 1971.

Let us also remember over 50,000 innocent Pakistani civilians made POWs by Indian Army

Indian sponsored Mukti Bahini reign of terror remains one of the most barbaric chapters of human miseries. Humanity wept as men were beheaded in front of their wives, children lynched & murdered in mothers’ wombs, women brutally raped & their naked bodies mutilated in streets.

In Kushtia town, East Pakistan Regiment & terrorists attacked, killing 1000-1500 civilians including army personnel.

12 March 1971 Abdul Rashid, Railway employee at Parbatipur stated, train from Ishurdi was late for 10 hours. When it arrived at Parbatipur station, it had 170 dead bodies. Attackers stabbed breast feeding babies along with their mothers.

In PachchumTengri of Ishurdi, 3000 armed Mukti Bahini terrorists raided the locality. According to Ainul Haque, terrorists killed 90% of Pakistani population. His whole family was among those butchered in this pogrom.

Indians called Pakistani civilian POWs of 1971 War as Civilians Under Protective Custody (CUPC). Like many escape attempts made by army officers and men, the Civilian Prisoners of War also tried to escape from Indian POW Camps. Brave people these Pakistanis were.

After 1971 War in East Pakistan, Indian Army captured over 55,000 Pakistani innocent civilian men, women & children as Prisoners of War, shifted them to POW Camps in India & kept under trying conditions for over 2 years. One of the largest number of civilian POWs in the world.
