You see, it seems that Burnette has been involved in not just partnering with Trulieve, but also loaning $$$ to the company as well.
In addition to that, the company, founded in 1990, originated in Canada aka George Hackney, but was renamed sometime in 2018 as Trulieve during a reverse merger. This is where the corruption begins.

I’d be troubled by Inkbridge as well. Not only did the current CEO of Trulieve lend money to them when she was a principal at Inkbridge, but it seems there was a pattern of access to government grants as well.
They got a lot of financing - that’s the beginning of embezzling

However, there is layering like I’ve never seen before with Trulieve @gregolear @ninaburleigh that it took me a long time to review the report related to this company. The amount of LLC’s, shell companies and ties to Florida’s political sphere is quite amazing.

It’s clear these networks work within FL like other states. Very likely the same mechanism’s are used to create and deploy them.
