#MH17 1/ Interesting part of the trial is that OM stated there was *only 1 phonecall* to Buk-crew at the time of the crash from Dudnichenko, the guy who supplied info about UAF sorties. However, this was at 14:00:57 hrs.
om.nl/onderwerpen/mh…
/At 14:30 he calls with his own informant, "Taiga", who has access to information from airports from which Ukrainian airforce flies out. Dudnichenko never calls the crew phone again.
/Of course, he could have phoned in new information to another number, but we know from the Snizhne video there was only 1 car with separatists near the Buk. Is it reasonable to say the Buk crew did not get any information at all until 16:19:31, time of the shooting?
/As Dudnichenko was Pulatov's informant, Pulatov himself got no connection with the number D. called and the number was connceted only once, all there was was that single conversation at 14 hrs.
/It will be very interesting to know if the crew's or its separatist guide's phonenumber was connected after the shooting, ie. if they called Kharchenko to claim they were right on the spot and shot a Sukhoi or said to witness M58 they shot a transport carrier.
/It seems the number, -6335, belonged to a series in use by separatists, ie a certain Sinenkov. Probably this phone was in possession of the guide, belonging to the Pulatov group, says OM.
/If this number really was in possession of someone who guided the Buk, has yet to be shown.
/ @beek38
/ Pulatov's defence requested transcripts of all conversations and SMS of phonenumber *6335, but unfortunately this phone was not tapped. Only the "movements" of this number, and the amount and duration of conversations, have been retrieved from telecom data.
/Prosecution will not be busy clarifying how the Buk crew got information and what went wrong during decision making which caused the Buk allegedly to fire its missile with #MH17 just within target lock on range. Om will settle for fingerprinting Buk 3x2

/ OM did not publish telecom data of Pulatov's main phonenumber (-511) as part of the Buk trail. Nor the number of one of his men who should have guided the Buk with the mentioned number -6335. #MH17
/Kharchenko has been identified as the guy who was ordered to guide the Buk. His number is 380950165197 or -5197 in the illustration above.
/Now cross reference this with the intercepted calls and a timeline of his whereabouts.
/ At first glance it seems Kharchenko did NOT drive with the Buk to Pervomaiskyi, so my previous assessment he was not with the Buk was right. According to Nieuwsuur he went back to Fuhrshet to meet Gilazov ("Ryazan") there.
/ However, he gave Sharpov an order only at 14:07 to guard the Buk, which was near or at Pervomaiskyi at this time. Kharchenko stayed in Snizhne from 13 hrs.
/At 13:45 the Buk still stood idle at Karapetyan street where it was photographed form an SBU safehouse. So the Buk was in Snizhne for one full hour (although Kobs suncalced the Snizhne video at 12:35-13:00).
/We also know Pulatov was not with the Buk at the time of the shooting. He was near Marinovka at the time.
/He confirmed this in an interview the defence made with him (and showed in court), though subsequently the defence made a mistake by stating Pulatov was at 3 km from the alleged launchsite.
/ Maybe Kharchenko was with Vostok, hence the route of his phone. Telecom data should verify if it followed the Buk or Vostok timeline. Very curious if OM will show this info.
