Average house price in the Netherlands by postcode (CBS data)
Value is EUR (x1000)
Same, coloured by quintile.
The CBS has data on the average house price and the migration composition of Dutch postcodes. This is how it looks: higher shares of people with a "non-western" (sic) migration backround correlate with lower house prices, % "western" (expats?) correlate with higher house prices.
N=ca. 4000 Dutch postcodes.
Here you can compare the large cities of Amsterdam, the Hague, Rotterdam and Utrecht in terms of %"non-western" immigrants (left) and house prices (right) by postcode.
More appropriate description would be average house value, since this is based on official tax value (WOZ)
And here the 2 most expensive postcodes in the Netherlands.
