My pi is burning up... need some active cooling solution recommendation!

Currently, it's in open top case allowing natural air convection with aluminum heat sinks on SoC and and the network unit.

Room temp easily reaches 35°-40°C. Anything better than a simple fan?

Also looking for recommended adlists for @pihole. Added Developer Dan's hosts list but Percent Blocked seems to be on the lower side.

Update 1/n: Messed up somewhat big today. Tried to remove the glued aluminum heat sink to apply heat sink paste. While doing so, applied intensive pressure causing the sink to come-off rather strongly and hit some HDMI ICs.
Pi works but HDMI display anymore.

Update 2/n: Saw at least 3 detached ICs.
L4, L5 are good, L6 detached from the visible side, L7 is preserved in an EarPods box, the one in small circle also impacted but holding for now.
Applied heat-sink back with thermal paste but it didn't help with temperature. Futile!!!

Update 3/n: Had a damaged PSU, took its fan out, checked viability of running it using Pi's GPIO pins or other DIY solutions with @Debloper.
He's rightly suggested to get a SX1308/MT3608 off amazon. But with suspended deliveries... something's gotta give!

Update 4/n: Took a while but found a 12V adapter somehow to power the fan.
Took the top off the case... its a dust hazard but it will (have to) do.
This just happened so couldn't find anything apart from the desi jugaad. It's holding up well.
Seems good, for now.

Update n/n: Temps are much much better than before. It was going beyond 70°C with Pihole, Plex streaming, VNC connection. VNC since you know... I killed the HDMI earlier in the evening.
Now with all the same services running, it's staying under 60°C at all times.

Update: Added some RegEx filters and whitelisted some domains following the discussion about this list... github.com/mmotti/pihole-…
Percent blocked still seems a little low to me.
