Police slashed tires of cars blocking the road
Now in a yelling match outside a Liquor store. Someone threw something small at police and a couple more police cars came
"Protestors" are now writing NLG/Bail fund numbers on their arms, anticipating a kettle and arrests. #Minneapolis
Now blockaded the intersection with dumpsters and bike racks.

Two arrests being made. White female and a black male. Black male is resisting a lot. Streamer said the black male might be mentally ill

Update to bleeding guy, was able to sit up on his own and gave a thumbs up as paramedics took him away.
Another arrest, still some people standing around yelling at police.
