All India Survey on Higher Education 2019-20:

Gender Parity Index:

✅Stands at 1.01 against 1.00 in 2018-19, that is, there are 101 women pursuing collegiate education for every 100 men
✅ 18.2 per cent rise in female enrolment in higher education during the last five years

All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE) Report 2019-20:

✅Gross Enrolment Ratio (GER) in higher education in India is 27.1 per cent for 2019-20, which is an improvement from previous year’s 26.3 per cent and 24.3% in 2014-2015.
