No LAPD cop has ever received a sustained complaint for biased-policing in LAPD history.
Here’s a thread. You decide. These Black kids were handcuffed and searched over a *turn signal* violation. Doesnt happen to white kids.
Is this biased-policing?
Cops handcuffed this guy. When they realized they were being filmed (9 sec mark) they immediately uncuffed.
They then claimed he looked like a suspect (who is 5’10”). This guy is 6’5”. That’s a seven inch height difference. 😒

Kids were stopped while walking, handcuffed, searched then released (no citation).
Got into car, and *same cops* immediately PULLED THEM OVER, ordered out of car, handcuffed and searched because…… tinted windows. Stopped twice by same cops.😒
Is this biased-policing?
Latinos visiting from LV are driving a car w/missing plate. It’s a vehicle code *infraction*. It’s not a crime. Its not probable cause to search.
But they were searched. Car thoroughly searched. Even under hood. 45 minute stop. End result: no ticket. 😒
Is this biased policing?
Tourists are pulled-over, pulled out of car, handcuffed and searched.
Reason: didn’t come to complete stop before turning. No ticket issued. 😒
Is this biased-policing?
Handcuffed and searched for a license plate violation.
A license plate violation is an infraction. It’s not probable cause of a crime. So the search was clearly illegal. I’ve never seen this happen to white people. 😒
Is this biased-policing?
Couple was handcuffed over plate infraction.
When officer realized they’re being filmed, she bolted from car and uncuffed the subjects. The stop didn’t end. Just uncuffed. Why were they handcuffed in the first place? 😒
Does this happen to white people? Is this biased-policing?
Undercover police spotted these tourists jaywalking. Radioed to marked units and they stopped tourists, handcuffed and searched them.
Jaywalking is not sufficient enough reason to search. 5-7 cops for jaywalkers? This doesn’t happen to white people. 😒
Is this biased-policing?
LAPD officers handcuffed and searched people for a license plate violation (illegal).
They weren’t even in their car. LAPD handcuffed them when they came back to their car after grabbing their pickup order from a restaurant.
