Police attempted to raid Waterfall Camp after making multiple announcements, both last night & this morning, that there would be no enforcement taking place. Classic. You have to play dirty when you’re losing.
With Canada Day approaching, we want to remind everyone that thanks to the systems Canada is built on, +4000 Indigenous women, girls, & two-spirits have been murdered or gone missing with no follow-up from RCMP. This is systematic, plain and simple.

Our lawyers are hard at work supporting arrestees and & cases on RCMP violating Charter rights. They’re the reason Teal-Jones’ towing companies are no longer stealing vehicles at random.

Our lawyers are working on appealing the injunction overall and they’re specifically targeting the use of unconstitutional exclusion zones that deny citizens access to public roads.

RCMP are still enforcing and will continue unless the injunction is repealed. This fight continues and we need your help to bring John Horgan to the table. In the last 48 hours, BC has broken Canada-wide all-time temperature record, and it’s not even July.
We are the bulwark against localized climate catastrophe and we need your help. Once these trees are logged, they are literally gone forever. This particular battle ends in a courtroom, not on a logging road, and is every bit as crucial as physical blockading we are doing.
