Hi Ladies,

If an LAPD cop pulls you over, orders you out of car, then back in car, and makes you drive to the other side of the neighborhood (to park in a hidden construction zone on a dark street) it is ….. totally allowed. 🥴

LAPD complaint dept admitted it on tape.

I taped a cop tell a woman she couldn’t drive because her license was suspended.

Then he gave her an *illegal order* by putting her back in operation of the vehicle and making her drive to the DARKEST STREET on the OTHER SIDE OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

The LAPD says this is fine:

This complaint supervisor said the cop had the *unlicensed* driver take the car to the other side of the neighborhood because they were blocking traffic.

But they weren’t. They were parked in the parking lane. See for yourself:

The lady had a suspended license. The cops told her she COULD NOT DRIVE.

They made her call someone to pickup the car because of her suspended license. But yet he put her back in the vehicle to drive to the other side of the neighborhood?

That’s an *illegal order*. Rotten.

LAPD supervisor originally said he moved her because he wanted to respond to another call. Now the excuse is they were blocking traffic.🙄

Lies. Doesn’t matter because it was an illegal order.

Here is the moment he ordered her to move. 18 sec mark he’s telling her where to go.

I chased them on a scooter down Highland but they got away. I turned down Santa Monica and it was dark and creepy so I turned up Orange to go home and…. there they were.

Cops had her parked next to a construction site, in a *No Parking Tow-Away* zone, behind a mobile office. 😡

To get an understanding of how dark this street was, I went back and filmed the next day.

Cops didn’t want her parked legally on a well-lit street, so he took her 2/3 of a mile to the darkest street in neighborhood to park illegally. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Why did the LAPD dismiss this complaint?

LAPD claims the driver was directed around the corner. Absolute lie.

There was a gas station a block away. A Jack n the Box next to that. Why not park there. No, the cop made her drive on other side of neighborhood.

I recreated/taped the route here:

At that point I’m shocked & pissed. I live around the corner from this stop. This could have been my gf.

I wanted to know what to tell the women in my neighborhood to do if a cop tried this on them. I asked the supervisor at the LAPD station.

His words: “Stay where you are.”

At that point i needed both clarity and accountability. This incident was scary and outrageous. I wanted answers.

I contacted the Hollywood LAPD Captain with community concerns, as well as a list of questions/guidance that *needed* to be answered.

My email to Captain Lurie:

Here’s the email response from the captain. He showed NO concern.

As has become the norm, he dismissed my community’s *legitimate* concerns.

Imagine being given all the info I’ve shown y’all, and thinking that I’m the problem. That’s the attitude I got/get.

Bullshit:

The captain doesn’t live in Hollywood. He sits behind a brick wall w/limited interaction. He really thought he had a better grasp for my community that me — which is nonsense.

Additionally, he was running away from answering my questions like a chickenshit.

I persisted.

The Captain finally responded with a list of options in case a cop pulls you over and tells you to go to another location. One of the options (#4) is to go with the cops.

Don’t do it. That is TERRIBLE advice. Do. Not. Go.

How dare the LAPD disrespect my community by refusing to take their concerns seriously.

Just 3 years ago two Hollywood LAPD were sentenced to 25 years, each, for being *serial rapists*.

Hollywood cops raped MANY women in my community.

Most of all, how dare the LAPD dismiss the complaint. Cops are literally disciplined more for failing to wear a seatbelt. If the cops won’t sustain complaints for obvious illegal orders, what will they sustain?

The LAPD complaint process is absolutely broken.

This is why I cop watch.

I do it to protect my community because the community *protectors* don’t have the community’s best interest in mind. LAPD’s main goal is to protect the LAPD. I’ll protect my community by documenting wrongdoing. You should, too.

Film the police, y’all.

It has been made clear that the LAPD will overlook misconduct. They refuse to discipline officers.

At this point the only recourse is to add all cops I have complaints against to an online searchable database. Defense attorneys need to know of the officers’ misconduct.
