"An 'IPCC for Food' is likely to be proposed as an outcome of the UN #FoodSystems Summit [.] This proposal stems from a small group of proponents but has been amplified by the networks & business interests which it would serve"
Report here: ipes-food.org/_img/upload/fi…
"The Summit is being used to promote a narrow #technocratic vision of #foodsystems in a manner which is opaque, exclusionary, & ignores a diversity of knowledge systems & contributors to sustainable food systems"
"calls for an 'IPCC for Food' originated from a small group [&] have been amplified by a powerful network of organizations [that] are using the UN #FoodSystems Summit to promote their 'game-changing' proposal [.] The [Summit's] Scientific Group serves as an 'early experiment'"
Some actors have been pushing this idea for an 'IPCC for food' since years.
No surprises here: the #DavosAgenda...
And the chair of the Summit's Scientific Group (von Braun) on it since the beginning...
As a reminder von Braun = "WEF Global Agenda Council on Food Security (2008-11) & participant in the Davos WEF (2001-08)"
It's all so blatantly obvious! #DavosAgenda
👆 All this raises an important question: what if the true purpose of the Scientific Group of the UN #FoodSystems Summit would be to set the stage for an "IPCC for food", ultimately serving the technocratic agenda of the World Economic Forum (& its investor & corporate allies)?
And if the sharks from @wbcsd are also pushing this "we need an IPCC for food" proposal, you know it stinks.
Once more: the same companies that created the problem in the first place now claim to offer the solution.

And if you don't know what's behind @wbcsd as far as food is concerned (the organisation is equally problematic in other domains), below are the agri-food companies it is representing (in collaboration with the Davos-backed EAT foundation & its Great Food Transformation).
So, clearly, WBCSD & its partners are asking for an "IPCC for food" [irony] ... to fix human health and save the planet [/irony] 🦄🌈
Not only the "IPCC for food" bit, but the entire WBCSD vision 2050 agenda would result in a dystopian nightmare if implemented. Some examples in the pic below. More info in this video:
