Remember, this is same Special Master as with Michael Cohen. In his case she took 6 weeks. It has now been 7 weeks. Can happen ANY DAY NOW
It is CERTAIN that most of Giuliani evidence seized will be released to prosecutors, because any attorney actions assisting in committing a crime are NOT protected by client-attorney privilege.
This happened in the FAR LESS severe case of Michael Cohen with SAME Special Master
She is Barbara Jones, a retired judge. She ALREADY did this same service as Special Master in Michael Cohen case. We know she will not be protecting Trump.
The crimes of Giuliani are FAR FAR worse than Michael Cohen. Cohen was convicted & sentenced to 3 years (out in 2 years)
That is why Giuliani is now rambling that he will go to prison but there is some revenge coming in heaven (..a place known for vengefulness... which Bible has Rudy been reading?)
When the Special Master releases the evidence, it likely takes some days until feds arrest Giuliani
But it is CERTAIN Rudy Giuliani will be indicted within some days after Special Master finishes with the review of the evidence seized.
