In my life, I've been dirt poor as well as where I don't even bother to check if my paycheck hit the bank. This is why I don't think the poor are lazy (some are) or the well off are there because of hard work, racism or connections (some are). There are a million reasons why
....people are where they are financially. Some of those reasons are due to individual choices and characteristics. Some are due to intelligence or lack of. Some are just due to dumb luck or bad luck and no I don't just mean hitting the lottery. Some are due to shit happening.
All I know is that stereotyping a person based on their financial circumstances is useless and will give you the wrong answer the majority of the time. Being proud that you are in one group or envious that your arent are two sides of the same coin. Getting angry about it doesn't
...help nor does giving up and calling it a day. Always wanting more will mean you are never happy. Lusting for that shiny brass ring will make you miss everything else in life and over indulgence when you have the means to do so will cheapen whatever you do.
In other words those seven actions are considered deadly for good reasons. One being that they suck the joy from your life in both big and small ways.
