According to this passage ☝️ there were Palestinian Universities in Mandatory Palestine between 1945-48. I looked up the list of Palestinian universities:

None of the Palestinian universities was founded before 1950, and most of them AFTER the 1967 war. The only possible exception is the Kadoorie Palestine Technical University founded by the British Mandatory government in 1930 from money donated by an Iraqi-born Jew:

Now this information was very easily available for anyone who claims having the will to study history. Especially an academic purporting to ADD to knowledge, not pervert knowledge.
