Pretty crazy story out of the town of Liski near Voronezh today. A man in tactical gear attached an explosive device to the door of a police station and detonated it. He appears to still be on the loose.

According to Kommersant, the suspect works for a private security company and had a domestic disturbance with a woman, which the police responded to. He reportedly attack the police station in response and then murdered that woman and her family. 4/
