It's worth noting that John Eastman is no fringe figure in the conservative movement. He's the Director of the Claremont Institute's Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence.
And you might object, "that's just a fringe think tank."
You could be right, but then, this is who's being honored at Claremont's annual gala next month.
I'd also add that steps 3-6 are academic.
The moment Vice President Pence announced Trump's re-election, the American people would have taken to the streets to protest a self coup, and the architects of this plan would have the chaos they intended.
