He starts with a description of the audit's chain of custody as well as ballot handling.

"All counters were Maricopa residents who voted in the last election."

He's now at ballots & tallying. This is a table (not sure if example or total) of duplicates with incorrect or missing serial numbers. He said they were able to match them up, but it was a painstaking process.

Logan said that 50 ballots were run through the tabulator twice. He attributes it to possible human error since it was such a small number.

He also says that several UOCAVA ballots were counted twice. Here is his example. Attributes to human error.

This is incorrect.

EV32 stops on 10/25, EV33 stops on election day. There will always be a gap.
