Don't know how to code but want to try connecting to the @NexusOfficial blockchain? Let me show you how you can with the @bubble #Nexus plugin in minutes!

(1/?) $NXS @NXSCommunity #Bubble #NoCode #NoCodeTutorial

(2/?) Step 1: If not done so already, create an account on @bubble 's platform. Create (& follow required prompts) or open an existing app!

(3/?) Step 2 - In the Plugins tab on the left hand side, click "add plugins".
Search for "Nexus Blockchain"
Click "Install" and then "Done"

(4/?) Step 3 - Once installed, you will need to add the API-ERROR-CODE value of "200" to the plugin. This is for error handling purposes, so you will know if any parameters are missing from the future API calls!

(5/?) Step 4 - Head to the DESIGN tab
Under "Visual Elements" click "TEXT" drag a large box in your workspace to create enough room to display a few rows of data!

(6/?) Step 5 -
- Click the blue "Insert Dynamic Data" button
- From the drop down, choose "Get data from an external API"
- In the API provider search "get/metrics" and select the api call
- Update the web server:port path to be api.nexus.io:8080

(7/?) Now, we could have left the web server: port the same number. That would have just shown testnet data. For this example I suggested you change it to see mainnet data instead! Feel free to skip that mini step if you feel like :)

(8/?) Step 6 - Now you will see the api call in yellow in the text box, plus a list of API results you can choose from. I scrolled down and chose " 's sig_chains" which will show you the total number of sigchains on mainnet.

It will all appear yellow after selection.

(9/?) Repeat steps 5 & 6 to add a few more results to your text box (if you would like). Make sure that all of the server:port values are the same!

I also added regular text in front of the API calls to give it a label when the data is displayed.

(10/?) Hit PREVIEW in the top right corner.

Your app will load the textbox, connect to the #Nexus API, and display live data! (results expected to change by the time you try this tutorial)

Congratulations! You did it!

(11/?) Do these numbers seem familiar? They should, this is the data that I typically tweet about in this #Nexus metrics update thread:

(12/12)

Thanks for following along! I hope you enjoyed this quick #NoCode tutorial on how to connect to the @NexusOfficial blockchain with @bubble :)

LMK if I should do more mini tutorials below ⬇️
