Participated in the protest organised in Kalburagi demanding the release & implementation of Socio - Economic and Educational survey report prepared by Karnataka State Commission for Backward Classes.

The survey by Karnataka State Commission for Backward Classes is not just a caste census, but also socio-economic & educational survey of all the families in Karnataka.

The survey is free from bias & prejudice. Enumerators were teachers, who were not from any one particular caste or religion.

This survey is not against any caste. This is to ensure Social Justice.

This report will enable governments to formulate programs based on socio-economic & educational realities of every caste.

This was also the objective of the survey.

Few are spreading fake news about the report being leaked & that there are sections in the report which is against few castes.

If the report is leaked, let them prove it by submitting the evidence.

I had told @ucpshetty, who was backward classes welfare minister during Coalition govt, to accept the report. He had even called for a meeting.

@hd_kumaraswamy then threatened to remove him from the cabinet.
