Everyone aged 14+ can get proof through their immunisation history statement or COVID-19 digital certificate using:
✅ Medicare online account through myGov
✅ Express Plus Medicare mobile app
📄 If you have children aged under 14 years, you can get their statement for them.

👩🏻⚕️ If you can’t get proof online, ask your GP or vaccination provider to print you a copy of your immunisation history statement. Or call the Australian Immunisation Register on 1800 653 809 and ask for a copy to be sent to you.
💻 If you don’t have a Medicare card, you can still get proof that you’ve had your COVID-19 vaccinations. All you need is an Individual Healthcare Identifier (IHI). You can get an IHI using the Individual Healthcare Identifiers service (IHI service) through myGov.
