Judge Schroeder warned the prosecution of the danger of the inclusion of the doctored images.

Schroeder “..or which phone I’m going to buy… this is being used to decide if someone’s innocent or guilty of a crime…”

Schroeder “this is going to fall like a house of cards.”

This is one of the doctored images admitted into evidence. I use the word doctored bc the image was created using AI algorithms to insert pixels where pixels did not previously exist. This was done purposely push a false narrative that Rittenhouse aimed his rifle.

Do you believe that ADA Binger and Kraus would have published these doctored images or the accompanying doctored video if they actually displayed the actual truth? The truth that Kyle Rittenhouse didn’t aim his weapon at anyone prior to being attacked?

No. No they wouldn’t.

Here’s the truth.

The actual original drone video does not show Kyle Rittenhouse sim his weapon at anyone. In fact it corroborates Rittenhouse’s sworn testimony.

This video was hidden from Rittenhouse’s defense team, based on statements made Friday in court.

Now you see why

This clip is taken from the original source video and zoomed in to the area of interest.

The video pauses on the 70th frame, which is the frame the prosecution used to fabricate their AI image.

Notice the numerous pixels that had been added in comparison to the original video

Zoomed stabilized original video, synced with sound from Schultz and Hernandez’s ground video, and Hernandez video of Kyle Rittenhouse not aiming his rifle at anyone, including Joshua Ziminski.

Stabilized and zoomed video of the area of interest for the first 7 seconds of the original drone video. Overlays by @bevo_fox

Rittenhouse drops the fire extinguisher, stands with rifle aimed downward, approaches the vehicle even touching it with both hands, then retreats.

The entire first event in detail.

Stabilized, zoomed, original drone video. Synced audio from Hernandez/Schultz.

Lengthier explanation of events prior to the first self-defense shooting of Joseph Rosenbaum.

Excellent work by @bevo_fox yet again!

Kyle Rittenhouse’s own sworn testimony corroborates what is actually seen in the video. Watch and listen.

The false narrative and the doctored image is a lie.

The prosecution knowingly and purposely attempted to mislead the judge and jury.

After Judge Schroeder finished orally delivering instructions ADA Thomas Binger began his final statement. He previously stated he hoped to limit himself to 2 hours.

ADA Thomas Binger will bend the truth of fabricate lies throughout his final statement. That is to be expected. This statement however. Wow.

Binger “That is when you hear someone… yell gun gun gun”.

What was actually yelled was “get him, get him, get him!”

Binger “I will debunk that. That did not happen. It is the one fact in this case that the defendant wants you to believe that there is no video of. And in fact I have the video of the entire incident.”

How can Binger have a video of an incident that was not recorded?

He can’t.

Binger paused his closing statement due to a technical difficulty with video. Judge Schroeder sent the jury to lunch. Court will resume at 12:45pm CST.

18 jurors remain out of the original 20. When 12 are randomly chosen this afternoon, the remaining 6 will remain until verdict

Binger contradicts an earlier statement where he claimed that Rittenhouse did not own a rifle. He also attempts to connect Rittenhouse’s TikTok and a statement on it to the events of August 25, 2020.

Binger “proudly holding HIS new AR15”

Binger tells the jury to “don’t, don’t even start with that”

Binger “we had a couple of witnesses tell us in this trial, and I just could not believe it. A gun is a gun is a gun. *very audibly exhales* Don’t, don’t even start with that.”

Binger stated that Rittenhouse carrying the AR15 did not accomplish any of the goals that these folks (referring to the armed car source guards) said it was going to.

I guess he forgot that Rittenhouse defended himself with an AR15 style riffle that night.

Binger “why do you need 30 rounds of full metal jacket armor to protect a building?”

The ammunition wasn’t to protect a building, it was to protect the individuals protecting the property. Furthermore the building didn’t try to murder Kyle Rittenhouse, four other individuals did

According to Binger. Kyle Rittenhouse’s most heinous alleged crime was when he lied to the press (@RichieMcGinniss) and referred to himself as an EMT or Medic.

Maybe Binger will comment on the countless fake Antifa medics and press, but I doubt it.

ADA Binger concluded his closing statement and the jury went to break. Binger used 2 hours 8 minutes of the allotted 2.5 hours. This leaves the prosecution 22 minutes for rebuttal.

Attorney Mark Richards began the defenses closing statement when the jury returned from break.

I will begin posting highlights from the defense closing statement soon.

So far from what I have currently viewed, Richards has done an outstanding job. He has provided the jury w/ the facts of the case and skirted some major issues that weren’t able to be divulged to the jury

Many clips to post for those of us that have been behind watching todays closing arguments.

Kraus just wrapped up the prosecution’s rebuttal and the jury has been sent home for the evening. They will return at 9:00am CST, when 12 of the 20 will begin deliberations.

Posting clips from earlier. Before Binger concluded his closing statement.

Binger states that Joseph Rosenbaum “just happens to stumble into it” referring to the riots in Kenosha.

Rosenbaum had just got out of a mental hospital, broke a restraining order, and then rioted.

At one point during Binger’s never ending closing statement, Kraus himself must have also been bothered by the lengthy display and began playing a video while Binger was mid-sentence.

Richards during the defense closing statement.

“…Think back to Nov 2nd. Did you hear one word out of Mr Binger’s mouth about provocation. You didn’t because it was never said. But when his case explodes in his face, now he comes out with provocation.”

Richards “and now we have the magic pixel camera”

Richards went on to rebuke Binger’s description of events regarding Rosenbaum stumbling into the riot and further assassinated Rosenbaum’s character. He also skirted a very tight line of issues he was permitted to discuss regarding Rosenbaum’s restraining order and jail time.

Richards then assassinated Detective Antaramian’s claim about Rittenhouse aiming the rifle at Joshua Ziminski and the hocus pocus out of focus, doctored image.

Kyle is right-handed. The rifle is a right-handed rifle. He would not have held it with his left hand on the p grip.

Richards discussed in detail every witness that previously took the stand. One by one he either effectively attacked their credibility or validated their testimony.

While discussing Gaige Grosskreutz, Richards described how the State didn’t serve a search warrant on his phone, or why Grosskreutz wouldn’t allow law enforcement access to it. He also mentioned Grosskreutz illegally carrying a concealed weapon and the 10 million he is suing for.

Richards “Mr Grosskreutz decides he’s going to shoot my client, unfortunately, my client shot him first.”

I believe Richards meant to say “fortunately for my client, Rittenhouse shot first”

Richards coined the phrase “out of focus, hocus pocus” while referring to the States fabricated image of Rittenhouse allegedly aiming his rifle at Joshua Ziminski. He further destroyed credibility of the image explaining how it was highly improbable and convenient for the state.

Richards continued his assault on the doctored image while explaining the process of something being peer reviewed. The State’s image specialist Mr Armstrong previously stated that his work was peer reviewed, however the State did not provide adequate evidence to support.

This is a good spot to plug @DefNotDarth for all of his work meticulously examining minute details of every single frame of important evidentiary videos.

Our hats are off to you good sir! Thanks for all of your efforts.

Give him a follow and check out his work!

Richards responded to Binger’s jabs at himself and the defense in epic fashion repeatedly.

Richards “bullets are bullets”

“I’m glad he shot him…If Rosenbaum would have got that gun, I don’t for a minute, believe that he wouldn’t have used that gun against somebody else”

Richards described the witness and photographer DeBruin, and how Binger and Kraus attempted to pressure him into changing his sworn statement that he previously made to law enforcement. This caused him to attorney up.

This is just some of the prosecutorial misconduct.

Richards used DeBruin’s testimony to further skirt the issue of not being permitted to discuss Rosenbaum’s recent jail activity.

Richards mocks Binger and his previous statements about Rittenhouse putting out “small fires”.

Richards “last time I checked, small fires turn into big fires. So. Kind of stupid.”

Richards “Provocation, a word you never heard in the opening statement. It was my client that chased him down and shot him in the back.

Oops can’t prove that!”

Richards. There’s Joseph Rosenbaum and Mr Ziminski the puppeteer pulling his strings.

Richards end of his closing statement.

“There are no winners in this case. But putting Kyle Rittenhouse down for something he was privileged to do, will serve no legitimate purpose. I ask you to do this. Do justice here under the law of the State of Wisconsin. TYVM”

Kraus handled the State’s rebuttal arguments.

He claimed that Rittenhouse should have kicked Rosenbaum in the testicles instead of shoot him.

He also said provocation didn’t matter and then proceeded to bring up provocation multiple times.

Kraus took stabs directed towards Richards by name and stated that he knew darn well that the Ziminski’s had a fifth amendment right. Richards objected. The judge sent the jury to the library while the sides argued.

Richards explained his objection. And there was a minor back and forth.

Judge Schroeder finally opted to have the court reporter go back to see what Kraus stated. He claimed to have only said “Mr Ziminski”

The court reporter read back the transcript and Kraus had actually said “the Ziminski’s” as Richards noted during his objection.

The jury returned. Judge Schroeder explained that Kraus’ statement about Kelly Ziminski was inaccurate.

Kraus returned to the same statement that led to the first objection and Richards objected again.

The jury was sent back to the library.

The exchange of arguments.

1/3

2/3

3/3

Kraus attacked photographer Nathan DeBruin’s character and opposed his testimony about his experience with the State prosecution (Binger and himself)

Kraus described the riots in Kenosha after Jacob Blake was shot and killed by law enforcement as “minor property damage”.

No one believes this narrative. No one.

We all witnessed reality and minor property damage is not a sentence you would consider saying to define it.

Kraus claimed that Joseph Rosenbaum wore his t-shirt over his head, similar to a ninja mask, because of COVID.

Only people committing crimes wear something to completely hide their identity.

That wraps up the trial.

Court will resume at 9:00 am CST.

12 of the 18 remaining jurors will be randomly selected to determine Rittenhouse’s fate. The remaining 6 will remain at the court should they need an alternate.

The jury will then begin deliberations.

All-in-all.

The defense is looking rather well after two weeks of arguments, testimony, and evidence presented to the jury.

Richards will need to buy Binger a beer for helping make the defense case.

As always. Pray for Kyle Rittenhouse, mother Wendy & family, and Kenosha.
