Equally @Bellingcat is not to be able to read the "Final Report" + testimonies of their preferred -because not questioned by Russians- Country X witnesses.
The OPCW final report claims: "...shortly after 19:00 ... foaming ..." ... "...given atropine"
This medical staff 1) did not believe in chlorine gas, that's why atropine and 2) the reported (or lied) foaming occured SHORTLY AFTER 19:00.
That's hardly the figure Prof. Blanc mentioned when he stated 2-4hrs.
Furthermore, it was discussed that a victim must breathe for min ~30 minutes against the liquid in the airways to develop comparable foam from the mouth. This again contradicts a) the position like dropped dead and b) what is known about the effect of chlorine gas.
In other -or Prof. Blanc's- words, "abrupt onset of respiratory distress" means suffocation and abrupt suffocation does not produce foam cones.
Chlorine victims usually move and sometimes a long way. In Douma they apparently fell on their face on their way into that building!
...and right next to a blue White Helmet stretcher.
(I know this comment is insubordinate because it defies the nonsense of possible poisoning in this house with screaming obviousness. ...like the unexplained bleach stains and clean socks.)
Yet, N. Waters never tire of spouting the Bellingcat nonsense of bleached chandeliers, instead of once addressing that Bellingcat partner Forensic Architecture unwittingly provided evidence that those Country X witnesses themselves turned on the valve to release chlorine.
Of course, as long as you keep quiet about the intentional turning on of the valve, you can wonder about the corrosion and sell it as proof of a poison gas attack.
But this is also only one aspect of an immense building of lies, like the "consistent" "melting" of the dust layer.
The fear that the Russian Federation will rightly accuse this fake investigation is absolutely significant and self-explanatory.
No new facts are needed, just an unbiased scientifc approach to the jumping bed cylinder.
And no, the IIT already has proven ...
...that they accept reupurposed bomb parts from a wrong crater to construct a culprit for a chemical weapons attack for which there is not a shred of evidence.
The IIT is a purely political construct that has served a clear purpose since its creation.
