Ignoring Churchill & FDR's Declaration by United Nations: Owens declared that:

So while the right-wing Turning Point talk about being against globalisation
-they want you to ignore the fact that the alliance between Britain and America, 80 years ago, led to the creation of the United Nations and a United Europe.

2 months before the Battle of Britain began in July 1940, HRH King George VI approached Winston Churchill to form a National Government (Clement Attlee became Deputy PM).
