I hate to agree with Boris Johnson (who in my eyes is a thug, a liar, a traitor and totally unfit for public office) or @toryboypierce (the press wing of the Tory party), BUT if Starmer wasn't involved in the Savile case he was an ABSENTEE DPP!

Although from the basest of motives by a PM who said funds spent on @inquiryCSA was 'money spaffed up a wall', Johnson's comments put a salty finger in an open wound.
It actually surprises me Starmer said it was a slur peddled by right-wing trolls and not by anti-Semites.
@toryboypierce would do the nation a massive service if he were to do a deep investigation into the close links between Epstein and Mandelson, the man who Starmer called on as an advisor and who seems to be pulling the strings in Labour.

Which ever way you look at it, if Starmer knew about the Savile case he was part of the coverup. If he didn't know that his department was involved in a case against Britain's leading DJ who hobnobbed with Prime Ministers, it was a dereliction of duty.

Alison Levitt identified severe shortcomings, including missing files, in the way the CPS handled the Savile case on Starmer's watch, a case which had realistic prospects of convictions.
So was Levitt, wife of Baron Carlile, a slur-peddling right-winger out to smear Starmer?
C'mon, can you imagine a DPP not wanting to be updated on the minutiae of progress in a case involving a Papal Knight, TV personality and marriage counsellor to Lady Di who was courted by Margaret Thatcher, Tony Blair, Peter Mandelson and Prince Charles?
Pull the other one!
'Far-right activists and paedophile hunters'
'Conspiracy theories of violent fascists'
'Ridiculous slur peddled by right-wing trolls'
Do you see an emerging pattern?
I do!
