Magilla Gorilla 39 Profile picture
I temporarily live at Mr. Peeble's Pet Shop, but I am hoping to get a permanent home soon. I'm a focused gorilla detective. Tick, Tock Manitowoc. Tick, Tock.

(1) The Fox 11 News Copter filmed someone taking pictures of Steven Avery's burn pit for quite a while. Where are those photos?

(2) It's also amazing that the gentlemen standing around can't move their blooming asses so they aren't casting shadows on the crime scene.

(3) Were they standing where they were to block the news helo from getting a clear view of the burn pit?

They seem to be purposefully casting shadows directly on top of it.

(4) In Wisconsin, I've been taught to keep the wind at my back and the sun on my face.

(5) On the stand, John Ertl testified that "the scene [the burn pit] had obviously been altered at this point". He went on to say that is why he didn't take photographs of it.

Isn't that a Brady violation?

Note: Not all testimony displayed.

(6) The entirety of Ertl's testimony can be found here:

Refusing to photograph a scene because it would document mishandling by the police, in a case involving planted evidence must be a Brady violation!

(7) For those of you who can, I encourage you rewatch John Ertl's cross examination in Season 1, Episode 6, of #MakingAMurderer starting with 21 minutes left in the episode.

(8) The lack of photographic evidence of the state's "primary" cremation site is convincing circumstantial evidence that the state destroyed that evidence:

- Photographers filmed by helos at the scene.
- Ertl testifying: "the scene was obviously modified".

Before v. After

(9) Evidence Photos before Police took custody (left) vs. Fox 11 News Helo of burn pit afterward:

What the hell is the white bucket doing there?
Who held chain of custody for this site after the police took custody of it?
Why is evidence from this site admissible?

(10) There's power scent dog evidence showing a path that appeared overnight, that strongly indicates someone moved materials from the vicinity of the Kuss Road cul de sac to Steven Avery's burn pit that night.

Track #6, 11/8/2005

(11) Police didn't discover anything in the bone pit until after the evening of 11/7-8/2005, when the scent trail appeared and led a bloodhound named Loof to the burn pit from the cul de sac.

And now they say they didn't take any useful photographs?

(13) Did Bobby Dassey or one of his accomplices carry cremains from the vicinity of the Kuss Road cul de sac and plant them in Steven's burn pit, or did the MTSO police discover the cremains after excavating the burn site and move them overnight?

(14) Loof alerted on this bucket near the Radandt deer camp that appeared to contain kitten litter, during Loof Track #6, the morning of Nov 8th, 2005.

Could it have been used to carry cremains, and then been rinsed in the Quarry puddles?

(15) The cremains were planted overnight Nov 7th to 8th, 2005. The Loof track evidence is compelling.

The perp hid for a long time before planting the cremains.

Cui bene? Who benefits? Bobby and Scott or the state?

(16) Loof Track #6 shows the path that the cremains planter took to plant them in Steven's burn pit. It's possible cremains were spilled or discarded along this trail.

But, Human Remains Detection (HRD) dogs can find cremains a long, long time after they've been created.

(17) We may find identifiable human remains along Loof Track #6, if we explore it with a world class HRD dog from the cul de sac, to the burial site, and then along the path Loof took to the berm and the burn pit.

I've been trying to arrange this op since before the pandemic.

(18) My number one choice would be Jeff Young and Zoey, his wonder dog.

I've named the op: "Operation Dog Nose". Zellner knew about this, and may have already done it.

Let's get the momentum back and free Brendan and Steven for Dolores!
