#Bitcoin Privacy Spending Cycle.
Inspired by the "wasabi demixed" on the Bitfinex hack.
Little 🧵 trying to increase privacy footprint of our sats.
I'd like to know the opinion of @stephanlivera and @ODELL about this method:
Inspired by @SamouraiWallet video:
1st - get custody of your coins.
Withdraw from exchanges if you bought KYC sats.
2on - Create a #Lightning wallet and top it up with those sats. (eg: @bluewalletio @SimpleBtcWallet )
3rd - Send all the sats thru #LN⚡ to another wallet you control. Breaking on-chain footprint.
(eg: @MuunWallet @BlixtWallet )
4th - Send coins to your @SamouraiWallet or @SparrowWallet and mix the UXTOs with their whirlpool mixing tool.
5th - Once the coins are mixed, some your long term value in a proper bitcoin-only cold storage like @COLDCARDwallet
But if you wanna spend some sats... Don't go back to an exchange! Transact P2P or buy gift cards on @bitrefill
Last recomendation, get your sats from NON-KYC service if you can.
Things will get tougher for bitcoiners in the future.
