BB/MTC+ chapter 11 just released in Japanese! Informal(-ish?) summary below.
- First half of MTC All in the Same Boat drama track

The chapter begins with Riou at his campsite recalling Ichijiku telling off Tsumabira in chapter 4 for taking a Hypnosis Canceler without permission. That must mean people in CHOK can't use it willy-nilly, meaning they haven't mastered mass producing Cancelers either. #hypspoiler

That, or CHOK agents are forbidden from taking Cancelers out for fear of the news about Cancelers leaking out. Riou pulls up a laptop and considers hacking into CHOK servers to see if he can find out any info on this. He does so in short order. #hypspoiler

As he suspected, he can find no sign of CHOK having a large stockpile of Cancelers. However, he does find that CHOK is bringing in Hypmics from the outside. That's odd. He figured CHOK would closely guard the secrets of making Hypmics. He also notices a strange file. #hypspoiler

The contents of it make him jump. He puts two and two together and decides he needs to talk to Samatoki and Juuto now.

Meanwhile, Samatoki is on his way out of a local food stall after doing a favor for the business owner. He tells the guy to take care. #hypspoiler

As he walks up the street, various other Yokohama locals call out to him and thank him for various favors. Seems like Samatoki's well known for taking care of trouble. And speaking of trouble... Samatoki hears a crash and a scream coming from a shop. #hypspoiler

The store's being robbed, and the robber has taken a little girl captive with a knife! Her older brother tries to intervene but gets a kick in the stomach for his troubles. Samatoki steps in and tells him not to cry, since he shouldn't show his weakness - #hypspoiler

- in front of his kid sister. Samatoki shoos the police out of the way and steps up to the robber with his mic out. The robber recognizes him, and, panicked, reminds Samatoki of his knife. Well, tough shit, as Samatoki takes him out before anyone gets hurt. #hypspoiler

The police step in to finish the arrest as Samatoki tells the robber not to try that shit on HIS turf. Meanwhile, the girl rushes back to her brother and hugs him, crying. After calming her down and making sure she's okay, the brother turns to Samatoki and thanks him. #hypspoiler

Samatoki lights a cigarette and turns away. "Take care of your sister," is all he says before he leaves.

Juuto, meanwhile, is on break chatting with one of his colleagues. The coworker asks why Juuto joined Samatoki's team in the DRB, and Juuto claims he forgot. #hypspoiler

His coworker teases him for forgetting how Juuto managed to get on the team with one of the greatest rappers of all time. Juuto chuckles and says his memory's not that great. The coworkers shrugs it off and goes back to work, but this prompts Juuto's memory. #hypspoiler

He recalls a time he was speeding in his squad car as someone yelled at him over the radio to wait for backup before rushing in. Juuto yells at them back that he can't afford to wait. If this deal goes through, the market will flood with drugs! #hypspoiler

He turns off the radio, cutting off further objections, and vows to stamp out every drug dealer on Earth. This particular drug deal is happening in an abandoned warehouse because of course it is. Juuto counts 22 people there, but with his Hypmic, that's no problem. #hypspoiler

Yet he doesn't notice a 23rd person creeping up behind him until it's too late. The person strikes Juuto on the head, knocking him unconscious. When Juuto comes to, he realizes he's tied up on the ground. A drug dealer kicks him roughly - #hypspoiler

- and demands to know where the other cops are. Even though he's in pain, Juuto leers at the cop and swears he won't tell. The dealers realize he's probably alone, so change of plans: time to kill Juuto. The leader of the dealers pulls Juuto's head up by his bangs. #hypspoiler

Since this leader is such a nice guy, he'll give Juuto one more chance. If Juuto gets down on his knees, licks the guy's shoes, and begs for his life, maybe he'll be spared. Juuto appears to think it over, and... spits on the leader's face. #hypspoiler

Sorry, but Juuto's no bootlicker for deadbeats like these drug dealers. The dealer throws him back, slamming him into the wall, and asks how Juuto would feel to be called by these deadbeats, huh? Juuto says it'd be great. #hypspoiler

He has a dream he wants fulfilled, and he'll NEVER kowtow to the likes of these dealers for that! The drug dealer leader gives the order to kill Juuto. Juuto grits his teeth but looks resigned to his fate. But suddenly, one of the huge warehouse doors opens. #hypspoiler

And in steps Samatoki. He compliments Juuto on his comeback before the dealers ask who the hell Samatoki thinks he is, barging in here. Samatoki turns the question right back on them before pulling out his mic and attacking. #hypspoiler

Juuto watches, stunned, as Samatoki mows down his opponents with both his mic and his fists. Then Samatoki pauses and unties Juuto. Juuto tries to thank him, but Samatoki waves it off. That can wait for later. For now, Juuto should help him fight the dealers! #hypspoiler

Juuto pulls out his mic too, and they tag team battle the rest of the dealers, sending all of them blasting off again. In the aftermath, police backup arrives to properly arrest all of the dealers while Samatoki and Juuto share a smoke break. #hypspoiler

Juuto asks what Samatoki was doing there, and Samatoki explains that the dealers were starting shit on his turf. Juuto says that makes sense and then, hesitating, acknowledges that maybe he shouldn't say this in front of a yakuza gang member. But all the same, thanks. #hypspoiler

Samatoki waves it off. Juuto just happened to be there at the same time, that's all. He changes the subject and tells Juuto his comeback and way of standing up to the dealers was pretty cool. Juuto's a real guy with a mission and a dream, huh? #hypspoiler

Juuto just kind of laughs it off, but Samatoki insists. His eyes aren't wrong. Then he realizes they haven't even introduced themselves. He's - Juuto fills in the blanks. "I know. Samatoki Aohitsugi, correct?" How'd he know? Juuto's helped him out before. #hypspoiler

Go figure. Samatoki thought he looked familiar. Juuto says it's fine if he doesn't remember. Samatoki changes the subject yet again and asks if Juuto wants to join his team. "I dunno what it is you're dreaming of, but come with me, and I'll make it come true!" #hypspoilers

Juuto looks surprised but then chuckles. He shakes Samatoki's hand and introduces himself. "Juuto Iruma. Pleasure doing business with you."

Returning to the present, Juuto snickers over the whole "I'll make it come true" thing and goes, "What a pick-up line" (LOL). #hypspoiler

Just then, Juuto's cellphone rings. Riou's calling. As he goes to pick it up, one of his coworkers runs down the hall yelling his name. Horrible news! From Chuuouku, there's - ! Juuto's eyes widen, and he dashes off after his colleague. #hypspoiler

The chapter ends here to be continued next month... with the promise of a certain person due to arrive on the scene. :))))))))
