I've built an agency that processed € 83k+/month in revenue with just 3 full time team members.

Let me explain how

In the beginning it was only me and my business partner. We were stuck at 20k€/ month. Our operations were a complete mess. I was doing everything from onboarding to fulfillment to lead gen, client calls creative design, shop design.

As a result our fulfillment took way too long, clients where unhappy, our sales pipeline was empty and I easily worked 18 hour days to keep the machine going.

Luckily @marketer_marc joined our team and we started documenting every task that we did over the course of 2 months.

@marketer_marc As soon as we layed out the opertional processes we started building out automations and systems for nearly everything.

@marketer_marc And for the little stuff we could not automate? We hired VA's and freelancers that communicated on their own based on our Project Management, Slack and SOPs.

I wasn't the bottle neck anymore. We could open our gates to new clients, because knew we can onboard & fulfill those guys on autopilot. Within the next 6 months we added 50k to our monthly revenue while I was still working less than 10 hours per day.

Don't make your live as an agency owner harder than it should be. You don't have to work 14 hrs / day anymore. There are so many tools and system now that you could literally run an 20k/month agency on your own with 90% profit margins and 4 hr workdays.
