We certainly know that some Lugar Centre collected Georgian coronavirus infected bat samples were "shipped" to Atlanta CDC BSL4 for experiments, and how they were shipped:
We also know that 7 of the 12 Georgian scientists who participated in the G-2101 project turned out to be former biological weapons scientists.
Among them is Paata Imnadze, director of the Lugar Center.
