Pedestrian struck at Lowry and Central Ave NE during a strong arm robbery.

The female who was being carjacked was struck by the suspect.

Suspect: Somali M, 40s, black jacket, black pants.

MFD arrived, one down in the middle of the road and a crowd is gathering. Police requesting a K9. There's a vehicle left behind by the suspect, reportedly.

The suspect vehicle also hit another vehicle.

Female possibly has a broken leg, per police. She's "not critical."
